Sort of Had To

Can't run around LA too long without shooting the Disney Concert Hall downtown. I used the Voigtlander, and since it doesn't have a light meter and I don't carry around an external one, exposures are, for the time being, a bit of a crap shoot. Thankfully, the exposure on this, I think, rendered it a little more interesting than some of the more common images of the building.

Headed over to hear some music at Cal Plaza last weekend and spotted these lights left on on an office building at Grand and Fifth.

Tinkering

First off, a roll of film shot in the Canon came back, and there were a handful of ones I liked (this from Cal Plaza downtown), so there will be a handful of 35mm images going up. I've added another 35mm camera to the mix - a toy cheaper than the Holga - and threw in some of the 99 Cents Only Store color film, so I'm hoping for some more interesting things in the coming weeks.

As the for site itself, I've tinkered with the layout a bit in an effort to make the black-and-white photos pop a bit more and boosted the image size to help in that regard.
